01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and sp718 (hereinafter "sp718", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the sp718 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sp718.club, including all associated services, features, and content.

By accessing sp718, completing the registration process, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the sp718 platform and close your account by contacting sp718 customer support.

sp718 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the sp718 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where amendments are material, sp718 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their sp718 account.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on sp718, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your sp718 account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sp718 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years, consistent with the conditions attached to its international gaming licence and applicable responsible-gaming standards.
• You are accessing sp718 as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable national, state, or local law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation from your location.
• You do not hold an existing sp718 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Registering a second account for any reason, including circumventing a restriction or bonus restriction, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of sp718 or any of its affiliated suppliers, game studios, or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sp718 or had an sp718 account closed for breach of these Terms.

sp718 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met. Registration by an ineligible individual is void and any winnings generated from an ineligible account may be forfeited without notice.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sp718 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. sp718 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify sp718 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. sp718 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of a suspected security breach.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not share your sp718 account with any other person or allow any third party to place wagers using your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your sp718 account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security concern to sp718 support.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the sp718 platform.

04 KYC and Identity Verification

sp718 is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all registered players. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. sp718 may also require KYC completion before releasing bonus funds or processing deposits above a specified threshold.

As part of the KYC process, sp718 may request one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or valid driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, bank account, or crypto wallet address used for deposits).
• Source of funds documentation where sp718 determines this is appropriate based on account activity or transaction volume.

All documents submitted to sp718 must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

05 Deposits and Payments

sp718 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the sp718 payment information section.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. sp718 will not accept deposits from third-party sources, joint accounts held with non-sp718 members, or anonymous payment instruments. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Cryptocurrency Deposits

For USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin deposits, the deposited amount will be credited to your sp718 wallet in the equivalent PKR value calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction receives the required number of blockchain confirmations. sp718 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.

• Always send funds to the wallet address displayed in your sp718 account deposit panel. Wallet addresses may change between sessions. Do not reuse a previously displayed address.
• sp718 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an incorrect blockchain network (e.g., sending TRC20 tokens to an ERC20 address).
• Minimum USDT TRC20 deposit is the equivalent of PKR 500. Minimum Bitcoin deposit is the equivalent of PKR 1,000.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the sp718 account wallet panel. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4 of these Terms. sp718 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the method used to make the corresponding deposit, except where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case sp718 will determine the appropriate alternative on a case-by-case basis.

Withdrawals are processed during business hours. sp718 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are dispatched to the nominated payment method. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider, which are outside sp718's control.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Maximum single withdrawal: as published in the sp718 withdrawal limits table, which may vary by payment method and player verification tier.
• sp718 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where sp718 identifies activity inconsistent with normal gameplay, potential bonus abuse, or suspected fraud.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

sp718 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to an sp718 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the offer) must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request referencing bonus-derived funds will be approved.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not converted within this period will expire and be removed from the account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the sp718 bonus terms documentation.
• sp718 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, or system exploitation has occurred.
• Players may opt out of a bonus before wagering begins by contacting sp718 support. Once wagering on a bonus has commenced, the bonus terms are binding.

08 Casino Games and Betting Rules

All casino games offered on sp718 are provided by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited random number generator (RNG) software. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. By participating in any game on sp718, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

Sports betting markets on sp718, including all cricket, PSL, and UFC markets, are governed by the sp718 sportsbook rules published within the betting section of the platform. In the event of a technical error during a game round or sporting event, sp718 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. sp718 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the sportsbook rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the hand or round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. The outcome will be recorded and the result applied to the player's account balance upon reconnection.
• sp718 reserves the right to limit or restrict wagering activity on specific markets or games where it identifies unusual activity or potential manipulation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sp718 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and where appropriate, activity reported to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one sp718 account under the same or a different identity.
• Using sp718 in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the sp718 platform or any game for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripts to interact with the sp718 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format.
• Abusing promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, bonus stacking not permitted under promotion terms, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay engagement (commonly referred to as bonus abuse).
• Accessing sp718 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with sp718.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sp718 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual content, is the property of sp718 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sp718 content except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

The sp718 name, logo, and brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of sp718. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action. You may not use sp718 branding in any context, including social media, affiliate marketing, or promotional materials, without the prior written consent of sp718.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sp718, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sp718 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

sp718's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sp718 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sp718's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

sp718 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible-gaming tools are available to all registered sp718 players directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your sp718 account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your sp718 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your sp718 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed. Temporary self-exclusion may be extended but not shortened before the agreed period expires.

sp718 reserves the right to impose responsible-gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

sp718 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with sp718's obligations under its international gaming licence.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, sp718 may, at its discretion, forfeit some or all of the balance held in the account, including any pending withdrawals, bonus funds, and winnings generated from wagering in breach of these Terms. sp718 will provide written reasons for any forfeiture decision upon written request by the affected player.

• Players who wish to close their own sp718 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting sp718 customer support. Verified balances at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal processing.
• sp718 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation without this constituting a breach of contract. Investigations will be completed in a reasonable timeframe and the player notified of the outcome.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as published in the sp718 fee schedule, or may be closed at sp718's discretion following advance notice to the registered email address.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

sp718 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at sp718.club/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by sp718 is used for the purposes of account registration and management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible-gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. sp718 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances, request deletion of their data subject to sp718's licence obligations requiring retention of specific records. All data requests should be directed to [email protected].

15 Amendments to These Terms

sp718 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at sp718.club/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations in a significant way, sp718 will endeavour to provide advance notice of at least 14 days via the registered email address on the affected account.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the sp718 platform before the amendments take effect and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any available balance. Continued use of the sp718 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sp718 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and sp718, you should first contact the sp718 customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. sp718 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified under sp718's international gaming licence. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in any such process before seeking resolution through the courts.
